I haven't updated this in a while, but my thoughts are still very much in Malaysia. I was just glancing through some YAGM stuff online, and found this quote by a volunteer serving currently. I feel that it is what is so powerful about serving a year abroad, and she so brilliantly summed it up in a single sentence.

"I rejoice in my place of confusion and weakness because I have never felt so blessed in all my life."
